  Why do the employees ALWAYS ask about my personal life? Why do you need to know what I'm doing this weekend, how work is going, how is my family, do I have any fun stuff planned for summer, etc. Today I go in to make a deposit into my wife's account and the teller asks me where I do my banking. I say "At a credit union." She says, "Oh, what do you like about them?" I say, "They don't ask a lot of questions." Silence... Please, please, please tell your employees not to pry into folks' personal lives. I know it's supposed to be a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. But this isn't 1975, and we aren't all senior citizens with lots of spare time to shoot the breeze at our bank. Most of us use the internet, phone or atms. Just smile, say please and thank you, and complete the necessary transaction. Thank you.
