- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These dummies apparently sent out hundreds of "mistake" letters asking for money in mid June 2017. Called to find out what I "owed" and the rep on the phone was extremely rude. Check the validity of the claims for debt these people make- they clearly make BIG errors.By Andrew Ronald, September 25, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been at Diversified for quite a while now this is the best job I've had in my 17 years as a collector (I worked at 3 other agencies)! If you want a great work-life balance this is the place to work. They have flex schedules, lots of contest, and make my job as a bill collector fun. The hourly pay might not be the highest but I more than make up the difference when I get my commission checks! They are strict on going by the law and they do criminal background checks and drug testing if you are hired. The supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers are all very nice and I was surprised when I started how long they have worked at Diversified and how knowledgeable they were. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I worked here for 4 hours and I was paid for 3 hours, not only that they charged me for a license but when I quit they deactivate my debt collection license. So you pay for something you can't have. Debt collections is not for everyone. Start somewhere where they don't charge you for a license. Unless you want to waste your time. And for customers be careful with making payments to them. As they are not helpful to employees, I would be careful of how helpful they actually are to you. I have worked for other collection agencies and this is by far the worst. If I could give a -5 star rating I would. I pay for daycare and gas and I couldn't even pay for those while I was employed due to them taking money from me.By Ashley Perdue, December 02, 2016
